Services for Professionals

Supervision

We provide professional supervision for counsellors and play therapists who are pursuing professional development, credentialing, or qualification requirements. Our supervision services support practitioners seeking accreditation through professional bodies such as the Singapore Association for Counselling and the Association for Play Therapy in Singapore and the United States.

Supervision offers a reflective and collaborative space to discuss clinical work, ethical considerations, therapeutic relationships, case conceptualization, and professional development. Practitioners are encouraged to deepen their clinical skills, strengthen professional competence, and develop greater confidence in their therapeutic practice.

Our supervisory approach promotes reflective practice, ethical decision-making, and continuous learning while supporting adherence to professional standards. Through constructive feedback and meaningful dialogue, supervisees can develop greater self-awareness and effectiveness in their clinical work.

Whether working toward professional qualifications or seeking ongoing growth, our supervision services aim to nurture competent, ethical, and compassionate practitioners who are equipped to provide high-quality care to individuals, children, and families.

Internship Opportunities

Our internship program provides opportunities for counselling and play therapy students to gain meaningful clinical exposure within a professional and supportive environment. We are committed to nurturing the next generation of helping professionals through mentorship, experiential learning, and reflective practice.

Interns are introduced to various aspects of therapeutic service delivery, including clinical observation, case discussion, program support, professional development activities, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The internship experience allows students to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world practice.

Under appropriate supervision, interns have opportunities to develop essential professional skills, enhance their understanding of ethical practice, and gain insight into working with diverse client populations. They are encouraged to cultivate self-awareness, cultural sensitivity, and professional confidence throughout their learning journey.

Our internship program seeks to create a supportive environment where emerging practitioners can learn, grow, and develop a strong foundation for future careers in counselling, psychotherapy, and play therapy.

Training and Workshops

We provide professional training and workshops for social workers, counsellors, mental health professionals, educators, training providers, and community agencies. Our programs are designed to strengthen knowledge, enhance practical skills, and promote evidence-informed practice across helping professions.

Training topics may include child and adolescent development, play therapy, art therapy, trauma-informed practice, attachment, emotional regulation, mental health awareness, counselling skills, and other clinical or developmental areas relevant to professional practice.

Workshops can be customized to meet the specific learning needs of organizations and teams. We combine theory, practical application, experiential learning, and case-based discussion to support meaningful and engaging professional development.

Our aim is to equip participants with knowledge and skills that can be applied directly to their work with individuals, families, and communities. Through quality training and collaborative learning experiences, we support professionals and organizations in building capacity, confidence, and effectiveness in delivering impactful services.
